Contributed to Colombia’s National Energy Plan 2025–2055

Served as lead transport sector modeler and contributed to the full energy system model for UPME’s National Energy Plan 2025–2055.

Colombia’s National Energy Plan 2025–2055 was published by the National Mining and Energy Planning Unit (UPME). I served as lead modeler for the transport sector and contributed to the full energy system model across the plan’s three long-term scenarios: Declared Policies, Announced Policies, and Carbon Neutrality.

The plan is Colombia’s main long-term energy planning instrument, covering demand, supply, and emissions through 2055. The full document is available on the UPME website.
